Country Club of Buffalo Staff Update

It is no secret that we are inching closer and closer to a reopening of all major services in all areas of the club. To date we have opened the golf course, driving range, tennis courts, private lessons, takeout food and beverages and even expanded to providing some basic refreshments to golfers. We anticipate that the Western New York region will enter Phase II on Tuesday, June 2. While this does not impact many club services, it is encouraging to see continual progress. As we get closer to Phase III, a substantial number of you will be asked to return to work. We will be providing training, safety equipment and reviewing new safety protocols with all of you prior to opening the club to the membership. Please understand that we will all be learning together and making adjustments as new guidance is released from state authorities. Please take some time to review the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Plan which can be found on the Employment tab of the club website. Much time and effort has been put forth to ensure that when we do reopen, all of you remain as safe as possible.

Not much to report here… I hope you all get a chance to read/watch the info that was presented on the club website… very important….

I have written the June a la carte menu, hard to believe it’s almost June, hopefully we get to use it in… We had some beautiful soft shell crabs in this week for the To Go Program, we are still trying our best to always give the most seasonal/available product to our membership. Grace knocked it out of the park this week, with just over 200 Troll decorated cupcakes…thanks Grace
