Dear CCB Members:

The recent addition of golf amenities has been a welcomed sign as we begin the summer season at the Country Club of Buffalo. These recent additions have also allowed us to increase the essential team to provide these services. We are currently planning for the next addition of club amenities and eagerly await approval to provide these to you.

We would like to update everyone of what is currently open and some of our policies to help make your experience enjoyable. As always, please contact the staff and they will be happy to help you navigate the current procedures.

Below is the list of amenities that are currently open with the appropriate member policies.

Golf Course: Open

Tee Times required in advance using 12-minute intervals.
Players may begin to arrive 30 minutes before their starting time.
Golf carts are allowed with single riders and single bags (unless two people are cohabiting).
Please return your golf cart to the cart washing area and remove all trash. The staff is on hand to disinfect all golf carts.
Players may still choose to carry their bag, pull and pushcarts are no longer permitted.
Restrooms on Hole 5 and 14 are open with bottled water.
The bag room and stonehouse are currently closed per New York State Guidelines.
Please bring your own golf towel until towel service resumes.
As a reminder, the following club policies regarding play remain unchanged:
Family Guests are allowed weekdays before 12:00 p.m. and after 2:00 p.m. Weekends after 12:00 p.m. Family guests are sons, daughters, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, and corresponding in-laws.

The below club policies are still in place:

Spouses, Other Members(member’s children who are 18 to 24 years old), Interclub and High School Team Junior Golfers

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Before 12:00pm and after 2:00pm.
Friday - Before 12:00 pm and after 1:00 pm.
Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays - After 10:00am.

Junior Golfers (18 years and younger as of July 1st) may play:

Tuesday-Friday - Before 11:00am and after 2:00pm.
Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays - After 12:30pm.

Practice Areas: Open

A maximum of 10 players are allowed on the range and there are designated warm up stations for before play and stations designated for practice.
Practice range closes at 7:00 p.m.
Short game area is open. Members may request practice balls that should be returned to the golf staff for disinfecting after use.
Golf Instruction and Fitting is provided per appointment.

Locker Rooms: Open Tuesday-Sunday 7:30am-last known golfer

Men’s and Ladies’ Locker Rooms available for changing and washing hands.
No showers available.
Number of members allowed in the locker room, in each bay, and in the restroom, areas will be limited.
Masks are required to be worn when inside of the Clubhouse.
Enter through the foyer door entrance and go directly to the locker rooms, access to the rest of the Clubhouse is prohibited.

Tennis: All Courts are Open

Use the same safety guidelines at all times: social distancing, bring your own tennis balls (serving with only your marked tennis balls), and returning the tennis balls to other players or courts by using racquet only.
Foretees reservation system is in place, and court reservations are required. If you have any questions or problems contact John Lemar at jlemar@ntschools.org.
Private lessons are available - contact John Lemar.
Doubles play now permitted.
Bottled water provided, please continue to bring your own and towels.
Tables and chairs are not currently available.

Food to Go Service: Tuesday to Sunday 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Limited to go food and beverage available to those using on property activities.
Tuesday – Sunday, 8:00 am – 10:00 am for Breakfast and 10:00 am – 3:00 pm for Lunch.
Order window located near 1st tee & scoreboard.
The Club will be strictly enforcing the no outside food & beverage rule moving forward.
Popular Commissary and Family to Go Menus still available.
